Manager and Mid-Level Formation

Formation is the discovery of ourselves within the mission! It is the process of understanding my purpose within the purpose of CHRISTUS Health, so that all of us can be united in the mission to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.

Just as we offer unique and personal contributions to CHRISTUS, the mission of CHRISTUS also contributes to who we are. Formation uncovers where and how the mission lives in us and empowers us to impact and contribute to the mission.

As Leaders we are in a unique position. We collaborate directly with associates on every level of the organization. These voices that come from every side are actually looking to us to provide Our Voice. We are leaders and we are called to find ways for everyone to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.

Beyond our local opportunities for growth in the mission and values, below are formation options available to all mid-level associates of CHRISTUS Health, designed to nourish us as well as equip us with ready-made experiences we can share with our own teams.
